CCleaner is a multi-utility program which can clear cache files, cookies and thus helps in freeing up storage space. Though CCleaner works pretty smoothly on Windows Operating sytems – Windows 10 etc, Not all its features work properly on Mac OS X. Example – The Browser cache once cleaned on Google Chrome, causes future reset of cookies on each subsequent close of Chrome.

CCleaner for Mac will run well using its default options. You can change its settings extensively, which you might want to do if you want to keep some information, add more items to be cleaned, or make many other changes.
